To promote active participation in the sport/hobby of radio-controlled model
aviation. We support many aspects of the hobby, including sport/fun flying,
pattern, scale and combat. We hold both club flies and open AMA-sanctioned
contests for interested members. We also have a flight-instruction program for
beginning pilots.

Membership in the Academy of Model Aeronautics is required to operate aircraft
at the club's flying site; ask any board member for AMA and club membership
applications. All AMA and field rules must be followed; rules are posted at
the flying site at all times.
